FAQ

Our pricing is based on the amount of time it takes to complete a session. This is obviously tied to the size of the tattoo, but also how many colours there are in the tattoo. Another factor can be how complex it is (more colours and greater complexity, then requires longer sessions).

All consultations are £30. This will be deducted off your first treatment.
If you would like to cancel or rearrange your appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours.

If you decide that you want to go ahead with the tattoo removal journey after the discussion with our laser specialist, we will start your patch test. We will use varying powers with the laser machine to see what works best with your skin. We will then book you in for your first treatment anytime that suits you 7 days after the patch test.

If you can sit through a tattoo session, you can certainly sit through a laser removal session. It is generally 20% of the time that it takes to put the tattoo on your skin. We can stop when you need and break whenever suits.

Your skin will most likely be red and feel like it has a mild sunburn. This typically goes away after a couple of hours. There may also be some bruising. At times and with certain inks, there may be mild blistering that usually heals in about a week. After each treatment, you will be given aftercare advice for your treated area.
-
You may choose to use numbing cream at your own risk, although we don’t suggest it. Sessions are relatively short, if you come prepared having eaten and remain relaxed, sessions are entirely manageable. We do offer a cooling machine as part of our service; this numbs the target area. Aloe Vera and Savlon keeps any post treatment soreness in check.
If you can sit through a tattoo, you will be more than fine sitting for removal.

The same rules apply for tattoo removal as they do for a tattoo. Please wear comfortable clothes and ensure that you do not come on an empty stomach. Ensure the area of skin that we are going to laser has nothing on it, including the area is hair free. We ask you to not apply fake tan to the area or anything that can block the treatment.
-
We leave a minimum of 8-12 weeks between sessions to ensure that your skin is completely healed and ready before we carry out more tattoo removal work.
-
Absolutely! A large portion of our business is preparing customers for a cover-up whether that be full removal or fading parts of the tattoo.

You can never know for sure with tattoo removal as to whether it will completely disappear or not. What we can say is that we have had some amazing results where the skin is completely clear from any tattoo ink and that we have one of the most advanced machines in the world. The main reason as to why we, or any other company cannot promise that it will completely go is because there are a few factors that are out of our control, these are:
The ink in your skin and how it is sat in your skin
The number of layers if it is a cover-up tattoo
Your immune system and its ability to flush it out effectively
Location on your body
Your skin and the way it will respond to laser treatment
